What we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), learning activity (course progress, mock test attempts, oral simulator transcripts), and basic technical telemetry (browser type, IP for security).
What we do NOT store
Audio recordings from the oral simulator are processed in-memory only — we keep the transcript and grading, never the raw audio.
How we use it
To deliver the platform, personalise your study plan, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets), and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Subprocessors: our cloud hosting & database provider, our AI transcription & grading provider, and our payment provider. Each is bound by their own DPA.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@ertr.in. We comply with India's DPDP Act, 2023.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and a single anonymous cookie for preferences. No third-party advertising trackers.
