By accessing ERTR you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. The platform is intended to support, not replace, your DGCA-approved training.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us of any unauthorized access immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

No scraping, reverse engineering, sharing accounts, or attempting to bypass usage limits on AI-graded oral simulations.

5. Content

Course material, mock papers, and scenarios are licensed for personal study. Redistribution is prohibited.

6. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated grading is provided as a learning aid. It is not an official assessment and may contain errors. Your DGCA examiner has the final word.

7. Limitation of Liability

ERTR is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for exam outcomes or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
