Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in ERTR. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have used fewer than 5 oral simulator attempts and completed fewer than 2 full mock tests.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. AI usage costs already incurred may be deducted on a pro-rata basis.

Subscription cancellations stop future renewals immediately; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
